I’ve been trying to get on all morning — normally I don’t care about the Western man’s limiting belief structures like “balances” and “amounts due,” I’m beyond all that.
Actually that’s a total lie… I very much care about those things, as do all Bank of America customers, plus I have a bunch of online bill pay transactions scheduled for today.
Their site is not loading at all. It hangs about half way through, and if you are lucky enough to have the login form load, good luck coercing it to move to the next screen.
Judging from a perfunctory search of the tweetosphere this morning, I am hardly alone in my anger:
CRS19: “Bank of America’s online banking has been terrible the last two days, for all the fees, you would think the website would work.”
yismach: “Bank of America site down?”
SONSON_21: “Why is my bank of america app actin dumb?”
Come on, Brian Moynihan. You’re supposed to be a “retail bank guy.” Retail bankers should know that customers like to be able to see their accounts every now and then. A functioning web site would be great, thanks.
