Brett Easton Ellis, author of American Psycho (arguably the scariest thing written about Wall Street, ever) is renting his swanky east village one-bedroom for $5,000/month.Open floor plan, nice lighting, wood floors, all owned by the mastermind behind the sickest of sickos, Patrick Bateman. What’s not to love?

Let’s hope there aren’t any chainsaws in the closet.

Patrick Bateman liked white sheets too...

Plenty of room for entertaining...

Where you can wine and dine your guests...

Open floor plan means nowhere to hide...

Your front door...
