Amazon Has A New Music Streaming App For iPhone

released its Cloud Player for iPhone and iPod touch today.

Cloud player allows users to stream or download music stored in Cloud Player to their iPhone or iPod.

You can also play music that is already stored on your device, and manage or create playlists.

Amazon gives you 5 GB of music storage for free, but you can always buy more. (Plus, any songs you buy from Amazon won’t count against your storage limit.)

Here's the app for free in the App store.

Tap to open, just like usual.

After you sign in, your music from the cloud will appear here. Tap the button to sign in.

Sign in with your Amazon account.

This is what music uploaded from your computer looks like.

You can also choose a song that is already on your device.

Here are some settings. You can automatically download music purchased from Amazon.

Adding a song from your computer is easy. Simply go to Amazon's site and select the Cloud Player

Clicking upload music will walk you thought a step-by-step process to download the Amazon Cloud Uploader to your computer.

Here's what the Cloud Uploader looks like. It will search your computer for music and upload it automatically to the cloud.

Here's the progress bar, keep an eye on which songs are being uploaded.

After the upload is finished, go back to the iPhone app. Boom! The songs just appear and can be downloaded to your device or streamed from the cloud.
