UPDATE: A Very Good Sign In Europe And Italy

ORIGINAL POST: The Italian stock market is up 1.22%, and Italian 10-year yields aren’t that far from breaking below 5%, as you can see in the chart here.

It’s arguably a really big positive that the second LTRO didn’t produce a “sell the news” reaction in Europe. The momentum train continues.
