A guy who hit a $2 million jackpot was arrested for allegedly hiding a stolen vehicle.Police said he was helping a woman fix and then hide a Honda that she stole, CBS13 reported.

But he claims he had no idea the car was stolen.

“The car was stranded on the road and now they say I stole the car,” he told CBS13.

Since he won the lump sum, Ross has reportedly spent it on a few cars and a boat, all while still living with his mum.

When he won the money, he said it would give him a new start in life, according to The Daily Mail.

“I wasn’t going anywhere but back to prison,” he told KHSLTV. “Maybe this will keep me out of it.”
