Stephen Schorr, a managing director at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division, bought a new pad on Park Avenue for himself and his wife last week, according to the Observer.Schorr bought the apartment for $12.5 million, a discount from when it was first listed on the market in 2010 for $15 million. The apartment takes up the whole 16th floor of the building, and has 8 bedrooms. Pretty snazzy.
