A former Amazon exec has listed his Miami mansion for $39 million

Former Amazon executive Christian Jagodzinski is selling his 10,000-square-foot Miami mansion for a whopping $US39 million, the Real Deal reports.

Jagodzinski sold Telebook, a German online book retailer, to Amazon in 1998.

He spent a year growing Amazon’s presence in Germany before founding Desdemona Capital, a real estate and private equity investment firm, and Villazzo, a luxury vacation rental company.

The home is enormous, with six bedrooms, a volleyball court, and its own private dock.

The home is located on Palm Island, a neighbourhood of South Beach in Miami.

The home is 9,893 square feet and sits on a one-acre lot.

Inside, the home is decorated in the traditional Spanish Colonial style.

There's lots of dark wood throughout.

The kitchen has a spacious island.

And this looks like a pleasant place to enjoy meals.

The home has six bedrooms in total. The master suite has a very geometric design.

And in the master bath, a tub stands like a throne.

There's also a large walk-in closet and dressing room.

This bedroom has its own balcony.

A swanky billiards room is another of the home's perks.

It includes a wet bar in one corner.

In the next room, a screening room with exceptionally comfortable couches would be great for movie nights.

The home also has an exercise room with its own TV.

The patio area looks very pleasant.

The pool even has a waterfall and mini grotto.

A regulation-size beach volleyball court stands to one side.

But if all of that isn't enough, there's also a beautiful roof deck.

And the view looks fantastic.
