A Banking Legend's Wife Is Selling Their Magnificent 27-Acre Caribbean Estate For $14.5 Million

mellon house

The Mellon family has had a gorgeous estate in Antigua since the 1950s, and now Rachel “Bunny” Mellon (the 101 year old widow of banking legend Paul Mellon), has decided to sell it (h/t WSJ).

The property boasts two masters suites overlooking Half Moon Bay, a guesthouse, pool house, library, and orchard.

Not only that, but the horticulturist who did the flower garden worked on the White House’s garden as well. There’s something you can tell all the lucky guests you host. The house is listed by Adam Barret of JHR Caribbean Real Estate, Christie’s International.
