Back in February, 55-year-old Sharon Simmons, a grandmother, announced she would finally live out her dream of auditioning for the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.
Simmons followed through on her promise and auditioned alongside hundreds of other, we’re sure much younger women, on Saturday.
Simmons wanted to audition ever since she was 22 and a single mother. But it was too hard at the time to raise her children, make money, and be a cheerleader.
