The Dow, S&P 500, and Nasdaq are all down today, with the S&P getting hit hardest at -0.70%.Here are some major movers today.

Winners:

Chesapeake Energy (CHK): Up 4.3% Chesapeake announced that it is replacing four board members and retaining Aubry McClendon as CEO.  

Boston Scientific (BSX): Up 2.2% Boston Scientific was approved by the FDA for a 32 mm and 38 mm lengths for the PROMUS Element.


Losers:

Research in Motion (RIMM) Down 5.75% — Research in Motion hit its lowest mark since 2003, currently sitting at $9.65, according to a Bloomberg report.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber (GT) Down 5.6% — Machinery companies declined as a government report showed that companies placed fewer orders to US factories for the second straight month in April.

Joy Global (JOY) Down 4.3% — Just as with Goodyear, the government report involving fewer orders to factories is killing Joy’s stock today.
