The first will give you notice if an unrecognised computer accesses your account. The second will make sure only items you approve of will show on your Timeline.

First we're going show you how to get an email or text alert when an unrecognised computer logs into your Facebook. Head to the settings drop down and click on 'Account Settings'

Next click on 'Security' in the left column.

Click 'Edit' next to the Login Notifications section.

Check the Email or Mobile boxes for whichever notifications you would like.

Next we're going to make it so that you control what others can post to your timeline. Head back to the drop down and choose privacy settings.

From there click 'Edit Settings' on the Timeline and Tagging category.

Click on the Review posts friends tag you in section.

Then make sure Enabled is checked...Now each time someone attempts to post something to your timeline you will get a notice and can review and approve the picture or post.
