Buy Bob Dylan's Former Malibu Ranch And Recording Studio For $3.2 Million

dylan house

Photo: Realtor.com

Apart from serving as a Hollywood haven for a long list of rock and roll moguls including the legendary Bob Dylan, this luxurious 1.73 acre beachside ranch boasts a recording studio, guesthouse, and stunning views of the Pacific. It’s saturated with music history, too. Bob Dylan once lived there, and The Band recorded Northern Lights-Southern Cross at the property’s Shangri-La studio.

The four-bedroom, 4,4449 square-foot home was also featured in the Martin Scorsese film “The Last Waltz” and is currently owned by Beej Chaney, the lead singer from The Suburbs.

Realtor.com rounded up some photos, and we grabbed the best.
